Green Oaks Admissions
Prospective residents and their families are invited to make an appointment to meet Tony Tallon our Manager who will give a guided tour and discuss Care Plans and Nursing Needs.
Whenever possible we can accommodate both long and short term, respite and palliative care.
The first month of residency will be deemed as a Trial Period after which either party has the option to terminate the agreement.
At any time the resident if they so choose may decide to move to another room in which case precedence will be given, as and when a suitable alternative is available.
Residents will need to have a NAPS (Needs Assessment Panel) Certificate in place for either Long Term Care or Respite Care prior to admission if the Long Term Care Benefit is to be paid by The Guernsey Social Security Authority.
Board of Health Inspections
It is a legal requirement that we are registered with the Board of Health, and under go a minimum of two inspections every year by an inspection officer. One of these being an arranged inspection, the others unannounced. Relatives are welcome to see this report on request to The Manager.
