Prospective residents and their families are invited to make an appointment to meet Christine Lewis our Manager who will give a guided tour and discuss Care Plans and Care Needs.
Coolderry House welcomes both long and short term care residents and those looking for respite care.
The first month of residency will be deemed as a Trial Period after which either party has the option to terminate the agreement.
At any time the resident if they so choose may decide to move to another room in which case precedence will be given, as and when a suitable alternative is available.
Residents will need to have a NAPS (Needs Assessment Panel) Certificate in place for either Long Term Care or Respite Care prior to admission if the Long Term Care Benefit is to be paid by The Guernsey Social Security Authority.
For those Residents who's dependency increases to full Nursing status, a priority place within the C I Healthcare group of Nursing Homes will be assured
